Of course, a tremendously difficult time for us. Handled in a caring way and made as "easy as possible". I must point out, however, that "marketing" the company with a shopping bag (do you really expect me to use this EVER?) with the name is, in my opinion, tasteless and was VERY upsetting to me as I received my dog's ashes. My background is heading marketing at Warner Bros in the US and I know the value of it; however, this item is NOT the item that should represent spreading your name when the recipient is in a most vulnerable emotional position. I would suggest finding a more appropriate way to "get your name out". I started sobbing and directed my housemate to take it to the bin immediately as I did not want to reminded of what I had just gone through. Looking through this questionnaire - do you REALLY want to know if "the item was damaged"? POOR question for what we are talking about.
