The reception staff were so lovely to speak to during a very difficult time. We shared stories of our beloved pets and were very patient. They let me make my own decisions about my Mistys arrangements without pressure. Her after-care was very dignified, I was allowed to take my time to say my good byes and she was placed in a lovely bed as if she was being tucked into bed to sleep. The rose on her blanket was a sweet touch and was carefully carried out and placed gently in the van. Misty came home to me exactly when they said she would and I'm very happy with her beautiful photobox. I would highly recommend Pets in Peace to anyone having thier pet cremated after losing them.
