Everyone that we dealt with at the time of losing our beautiful belle from that dreaded phone call late Sunday night, to the man that collected her on Monday morning and the people at the Ipswich shop that we collected her from. They all had so much compassion and treated her with the respect and dignity that she deserved. This is the second time that we have dealt with your company and I recommend you to everyone that I know. We even had to bring belle’s ashes back in so that she could be placed in her urn ( we had to wait for one to arrive) which was totally fine I understood that there was a delay. We also brought our big boy buddy back in (4 years after he passed) to be placed in his urn that I got at the same time I ordered belle’s. Now they are matching and placed side by side in the display cabinet. Thank you all once again.
