All the staff I spoke with and met in person were very professional and respectful. The service provided brought some peace of mind that Maxx would be cared for after he passed. There is a great choice of memorabilia to choose from. I'm so glad we have the gold cast of his paw and the beautiful picture box with his ashes. Particular thanks to the lovely lady who brought Maxx home to me. I took quite a bit of her time talking about Maxx and she wasn't rushed whatsoever.
