We have used Pets in Peace 3 times now and every time we have had to follow up on where our babies are once being returned from Thornsland Picture framing.
The only reason we know that our babies have been returned to Pets in Peace is due to Fred and Dee notifying us that the frames had been completed.
As soon as they have been returned, we should have been contacted as we wanted our babies home with us.
Other then this, we are happy with the service!
