I was pleased with the delivery, but not with what I got. The photo in the advert showed 3 different sized bottles of ArthriAid, all with pump dispensers. The one I bought didn't have one. I did complain, but was met with 'that's how they come'. I replied that I wanted the pump as I, as well as my dog have difficulties with arthritis and a pump dispenser is far more convenient. I asked what could they suggest.
No reply whatsoever. Poor customer service.
