“Although the dog food was a good price, the delivery time is too long. I ordered on 8th January and it is now 15th January and still not delivered. Most couriers deliver in 1-3 days but 8 days so far and GLS have not delivered. If I don’t receive the food soon I will have to buy more elsewhere.”

“A great supplier with a very wide range of products, especially those suitable for dogs with sensitive digestion. I did have some problems with stock availability issues but a member of the customer service team took these issues on board and did everything possible to help. All packaging recyclable and never excessive. Highly recommended.”

“If would be 0 I would've give a 0. Ordered on the 18/12 dog food that was supposed to be delivered in 1 week, no sign of it and no refund. CANCEL AND REFUND, I'm not accepting dog food that stays 1 month in transit”
