“Item, anti bark collar. Would not recommend for small dag not as affective as cheaper alternatives, batteries only last a couple of days. Also awkward to set. Petworld service was great and fast delivery.”

“Dear Petworld, My complaint is about your courier Fastway. Terrible! Received two emails on two different days saying that delivery would take place in the requested time slot. First: there was no requested time slot as I never saw an option to request that. Second: no delivery on either of that days. Finally got an email that they would deliver that day. Only: that email was send 5 minutes before they delivered. No mention of any time either. So: lousy service, or better: no service at all. Fastway is definitely not doing you a favour. May I suggest you pick another courier? Kind regards.”

“The dogs love the product the dog nuts. Unfortunately there was a hole in the bag when I received it. It was wrapped in plastic to prevent nuts falling out. That's why I gave it 4 stars. The nuts arrived very quickly and everything was good other than the tear.”

“Made an order with 3 items recived a call the next day to let me know that one of the items wasn’t available that I had ordered and was offered a refund and asked if possible to substituted just something similar as it was just a steel flea comb and had seen multiple different ones while I was ordering the night before to be told they had none available at all even with all the different ones listed and had a plastic one substituted think it was more the fact that any substations they would’ve had costed more than the one I got ? Just think it makes no sense to have all the items on the website if they have none available delivery was quick and no other issues the girl on the phone was lovely”

“The delivery was fast but the fast way delivered for a wrong person, and I had reached out Peteworld telling abou what happened and nobody replied. For lucky I went searching by myself and found the person who took my order.”
