Made an order with 3 items recived a call the next day to let me know that one of the items wasn’t available that I had ordered and was offered a refund and asked if possible to substituted just something similar as it was just a steel flea comb and had seen multiple different ones while I was ordering the night before to be told they had none available at all even with all the different ones listed and had a plastic one substituted think it was more the fact that any substations they would’ve had costed more than the one I got ? Just think it makes no sense to have all the items on the website if they have none available delivery was quick and no other issues the girl on the phone was lovely
