“Box damaged, bag burst of dog food and tins of soft dog food damaged. This is the second time and I already contacted customer care with no support. No refund given. Considering looking for another provider.”

“I recently purchased dog food from you, grain free Natura. When I went to pay for it, it immediately said Thank you Padraig. My son is Padraig with similar email to me, but with Padraig s name not mine Joan. The payment was charged to Padraig Deegan s account , not mine Joan Deegan. I was not given the option of giving my visa card details.. This was so embarrassing. Can you please explain what happened here. The food was delivered as promised”

Hi Joan Thanks for getting in contact. The account that was set up was in your son's name, with your name and address as the delivery recipient. The payment was charged to the card entered under Payment method, perhaps this has been saved on the device you are using? We can only charge to the payment method inserted and our email message is to the person who made the payment. I hope this clears up the matter for you. Kind regards Bronagh

“I was pleased with the delivery, but not with what I got. The photo in the advert showed 3 different sized bottles of ArthriAid, all with pump dispensers. The one I bought didn't have one. I did complain, but was met with 'that's how they come'. I replied that I wanted the pump as I, as well as my dog have difficulties with arthritis and a pump dispenser is far more convenient. I asked what could they suggest. No reply whatsoever. Poor customer service.”

Hi Lesley As explained on the phone, the 2 smaller size bottles come with pump dispensers and the 1 litre size has an ordinary lid, we have updated the product description on the website to state this and make it clearer. We had suggested to use one of the smaller sized bottles and decant from the larger ones as required. I hope you accept my apologies for not replying to your second email. Kind regards Bronagh
