I recently purchased dog food from you, grain free Natura. When I went to pay for it, it immediately said Thank you Padraig. My son is Padraig with similar email to me, but with Padraig s name not mine Joan. The payment was charged to Padraig Deegan s account , not mine Joan Deegan. I was not given the option of giving my visa card details.. This was so embarrassing. Can you please explain what happened here. The food was delivered as promised
