“Purchase the dog activitie ball treat thing. So you put the ball into it and what I thought was the ball flys out, no , no matter how hard you or your dog puts the ball in it just rolls out with no pressure and doesn't go more than 14 inches / one & half feet . So I really wouldn't recommend it. I thought the ball would come out with pressure and roll a lot further than 14 inches.”

“Placed my order 10 days ago, I am still waiting for it, pet world not the issue, fast way is the problem, according to the tracking it was being delivered five days ago! Messaged them, no reply, So if you want 5 start change couriers”

“Hi I recently purchased a boundary dog collar. I presumed it was for a wireless system which is what I already have. Turned out the collar I bought was for a wired system. I tried to return this but I had not kept the packaging. 100 euro completely wasted. V disappointed with this.”

“I ordered pet food on the 28th of November and on the 4th December I am yet to receive it. A full week to get a parcel in the same country. I had no idea how long this was going to take and had I known then I would have shopped elsewhere.”
