Dear Petworld, My complaint is about your courier Fastway. Terrible! Received two emails on two different days saying that delivery would take place in the requested time slot. First: there was no requested time slot as I never saw an option to request that. Second: no delivery on either of that days. Finally got an email that they would deliver that day. Only: that email was send 5 minutes before they delivered. No mention of any time either. So: lousy service, or better: no service at all. Fastway is definitely not doing you a favour. May I suggest you pick another courier? Kind regards.
