The first time I used Petworld.ie was a great experience. My dog food arrived quickly (although it was just dumped at the end of our driveway) but since I got notified by the app that it was delivered, it was fine. However, this time (my second time) using Petworld is a totally different experience. I got a notification that the dog food was delivered as usual, but when I checked, it wasn't anywhere to be found. When I checked the tracking app again, the status was delivered, with "signature obtained". I live alone and unless my dog signed for it and hid it, I guess it went to the wrong address. I went to the Fastway website where the issue basically went into a black hole. I have had no reply from Fastway and have no idea where the delivery is. I checked with my neighbour and they haven't received anything either. I know this is technically not the fault of Petworld.ie, but now I am reluctant to buy the dog food from the website again as I just don't trust the delivery service.
