I ordered my pillow from Pillow world as I was getting a neck ache from my current pillow. I had to tell pillow world my sleeping pattern and I choose how firm I wanted my new pillow to be. I thought it was a little pricy for a pillow but decided to order one anyway. Best money I have spent my pillow is comfortable no more neck ache in the morning and I get a good nights sleep so glad I found pillow world. Currently ordering a pillow for my husband.
