I'm sorry but I'm not the best person to leave a review on a pillows. I have arthritis in my neck and any pillow the starts of soft but ends up firm is a nono for me as if I end up on my back the firmness of the pillow has me clenching my teeth. I have had years and years of looking for thee pillow for me but haven't found it yet unfortunately and has cost me a fortune in pillows and then have to give them away
