Delivery of the pillows I bought was prompt but the delivery company they use (DPD) is dreadful as they make no attempt to see if you're in & then completely ignore the instructions you give re where to leave the parcel. Unfortunately my pillows were too firm so had to return them, but that is a nightmare to do as well. I strongly recommend that you buy from a store if possible.
