I ordered these pillows because I experience neck/shoulder pain in the mornings and your website described these pillows as being appropriate for a side sleeper with pain issues. The pillows arrived and I was eager to try them. However, I consulted your returns protocol and was disappointed to learn that returns would only be accepted if the pillows were unused and in original packaging. Since I have no idea how I’m supposed to know if they are suitable to deal with my pain issues unless I can actually try them, I had no alternative but to return them immediately.
