not what i ordered, was supposed to have a firm foam insert, if it was there i couldn't feel it, communication was so poor I thought it was a scam. Delivery took forever. I told them that the pillow wasn't suitable for me, the reply was well someone in your family might be able to make use of it. Total waste of £27. won't use again nor will I ever recommend them.
