This was a gift for my daughter and as it’s only been received today, she hadn’t had a chance to try it. Delivery was delayed but I accept that can happen. I did expect the pillow to come in some sort of sealed bag so it could be ‘tried’ unopened, and that if it didn’t suit the purchaser, it could be returned still in pristine unused condition. Unfurtunately this just comes in a zip-locked plastic bag so obviously couldn’t be ‘tried’ and then returned. Maybe this could be considered by the sellers.
