I bought 2 Seriously Comfortable Anatomic Comfort Pillows and they are great. I was surprised to see that no pillow protectors were offered but then relieved some standard ones I already had fit the somewhat weird shape. I am sleeping in a flatter position than I thought possible given my asthma etc and seem to be sleeping well on my side or my back. Well worth the investment!
