I ordered 2 of the pillow sets. The website was easy to use and there were no issues placing the order. The order was despatched quickly however what I hadn't expected was that I would get multiple parcels. It does state this on the despatch email though. My first delivery arrived and was 2 parcels. I presumed it would be 1 set in each parcel but nope! I contacted support who said to wait until the following day for delivery of the second parcel. Which I didn't understand as I had only had 1 set of tracking info and I'd had to request delivery to another day as I was out. I messaged this to support who assured me tomorrow was fine. I then recieved another parcel a few hours later which was half of the 2nd set! Anyway, I waited for the rest of the stuff to arrive the following day and it didn't (I'd still only been sent tracking for the 1st parcel and nothing else remember) so I contacted support who checked and I then found out the last packaged had been damaged in transit and returned to sender! Support said they'd send another parcel immediately. To be fair, they did and I got the missing items today. Support was via email but I got responses each time I contacted and quickly. I do think it would be better if they notified you of each parcels tracking number so you had a better idea of what was where and didn't have to harass support to chase up immediately.
