Ordered on the 15th Jan, with expected delivery in 3-5 working days. No pillow yet and no tracking information provided. No phone calls answered. As I payed with PayPal I raised a case 48 hours ago and asked for a refund, no response on that either. I regret ordering from pillow world as could have had new pillow by now if I had ordered elsewhere. What's going on pillow world?
