I purchased this pillow for £64. It was sold to me as a cooling pillow, having tried the pillow for a couple of nights I established that it was no cooler than ordinary pillows that I have purchased from the local supermarket. I contacted customer service to request a return and refund, only to be informed that as I had tried it, I would not be able to return it. Very expensive, I would not recommend this pillow if you are looking for a cooling pillow.
