Exceptional customer service from both Karen and Daniella. King size pillows were delivered in error but correct ones sent out straight away. I could have kept the more expensive king size ones but with them being king size, they were of no use to us. Returned incorrect pillows and refund for postage promised. All rectified within a couple of days, very happy.
Fine Bedding Company pillows are the best. Keep their shape for a long time and they are so comfy! I'm a back, side and front sleeper.
