I did soooo much research but I was still hesitant about Pinwheel. It's a lot of money and you never really know what it's like until you get your hands on the phone and deal with customer service. Well, after 6 months, this is the best thing I ever did for my kiddo! He had a Gabb watch before Pinwheel and it was pretty limited (which I liked when he was 10 but now he was 14). I like that I can add apps and they are always adding new apps. I like the "request an app" too! I thought my son would hate the limitations but he's so excited to finally have his own phone that he can talk/text his friends with. The caregiver portal/app is amazingly easy to use too. 10 out of 10.
