My favorite parts about Pinwheel are the customer service (they've always been very responsive (quickly!) and helpful in meeting all our needs/answering all our questions), and the fact that we're able to set healthy limits for phone usage with our teens/pre-teens. The phones protect them from much of the social media obsession around them that, I believe, they aren't ready to naviagte. At the same time, the phones grow with your kids, allowing us to help them learn to wisely use technology for school, gaming, talking with friends, etc. We are very happy!
