We had a few small issues with one of the phones but nothing that a chat with CS didn't take care of. We have recommended Pinwheel to all our friends with young kids. I'm sure the platform will only get better. Thank you for providing a great solution for parents regarding cell phones, since as much as we say our kids won't get them when they're young...it is just part of our culture now.
