Todd just gave me TOP NOTCH customer service. MANAGEMENT MATERIAL with knowledgeable and . I was so happy that he was the Pinwheel employee who assisted me. I am a cancer survivor of almost 8 years. I was 30 at diagnosis therefore took Chemo (poison) every 28 days for 6 solid years. Though my memory, disjointed sentences, repeated questioning, and me constantly talking over him while he was assisting me, Tod met directly with not only patience, but kindness and evenly tone speech.
