Short and sweet. I requested an app that my son’s soccer club uses. It took about 3 days (over holidays) to get approved. I downloaded it, however it wasn’t showing on my son’s phone. It was real simple to report the problem by text, I had a response in about 1 minute, and a total fix in less than 5 minutes.
We are first time users, with my 13yr old son receiving his for Christmas. Every single interaction has been top rate, easy, and professional. This company truely executes everything they market. 5 stars. Highly recommended!
