We gave our daughter a Pinwheel phone and were very pleased with the lessons provided for self-control, 'fitting-in', limitations, distractions and scheduling. It of course came with displeasure but also gratefulness as she matured and realized the value we were trying to teach her. We are very grateful for this option to have a way to get in touch with our daughter while away, yet give her a chance to grow with a phone.
