Overall, I am very happy with the Pinwheel service. I have three Pinwheel phones, and though there are still glitches that need to be worked out, customer service has always been very helpful. I am willing to accept the minor inconveniences as the company continues to improve on their technology, as it is worth it for the value of being able to monitor my children's phones so thoroughly. I happily recommend Pinwheel to other parents seeking to protect their children from the filth in the world.
