Pinwheel phone and operating system has it's growing pains, but it works for the most part. You're definetly more involved in governing your child's phone usage which is a good thing, just takes a lil extra time. I personally had some billing and phone update issues since I started out with Pinwheel, but customer service has been excellent thus far. Tony R., Juvic A., Julia O., Aimee G., Pau P. and Faith R. have all been very professional and awesome in helping me with my issues. I hope Pinwheel recognizes them for their work well done.
