My family has three pinwheel phones and are very thankful for the healthy environment it affords for our children. I held a star because I have been on the support chat several times for what seems to be software admin issues that I could not have solved on my own. Though it is inconvenient to take time to solve these problems, the staff has been pleasant and helpful every time.
