We have had a Pinwheel phone for our daughter for 18 months now and have recommended it to everyone we talk to about phones for their kids. We just finished purchasing a phone for our son as he is now old enough to get a phone. Anytime we have had any issues arise with the phone or an app or anything really, their customer service has been absolutely great to work with. The parental controls are a great comfort, and the schedules make things so you can set it and foget it for the most part.
