Wonderful, easy-to-use, lots of parental controls, great customer service, constantly being up-dated with new features! Started with one kid and now adding another kid's phone 2 years later because we were so happy with the first one. Love the fact that apps are pre-screened by pinwheel so I know which apps to trust without having to do a ton of research.
