Julia was an absolute stellar rock star in helping me. She was knowledgable, patient, and everything that a good customer support rep should be. Thanks to her, I had a wonderful experience in the midst of the stress of trying to figure out what was wrong with the phone. I hope to not need customer support again, but if I do, I hope I get her!
