Overall, Pinwheel has been a great choice for our family. The apps available are appropriate for our kid and they do allow for growth as they get older. The phone is a smartphone - of sorts - so my kid is happy. There's some little pet peeves in the service that annoy me, like only being able to have one parent portal on one phone instead of having it on both parents phones, but it's not enough for me to stop using the service. The phone itself can sometimes be a bit laggy at times, but again - not a dealbreaker for us. Every time I have had to contact support, they have been responsive and helpful. When my kid broke their phone through a spectacular chain of events at the skate park, Tony R. was able to get us sorted out with a replacement right away. I regularly recommend Pinwheel to my friends and family as a great monitored phone option.
