We've had Pinwheel for over year and just added another phone to household. Overall it's been a great system and allows us greater visibility/control over what our kids are doing on their phones. When we've had issues the customer service chat has worked hard to troubleshoot and resolve any issues we're encountering. I'd highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for those features.
