Pinwheel Customer Support is very helpful and recently assisted with some major problems we were having with my son's Pinwheel phone. Charm is great, I have spoken with her on the phone a couple times now, as well as email support, she is very knowledgeable and kind! Pinwheel Customer Support definitely works as a team, if one agent works a different shift, other agents jump right in and continue helping with the next step.
