The Good: Julia was very helpful and concise. No complaints about her service at all.
The Not so Good: I was not able to reach telephone support despite numerous calls and letting it ring for a very long time with every call. Also, it seems like I shouldn't have needed to reach out to customer service to get a replacement phone without the extra sim and starting a new subscription. It seems like it would be a pretty common need. Could have been a purchase a new (replacement) phone option from the caregiver portal - then payment info, shipping address, etc would have already been there.
