This is a good first phone for a kid. But there are some areas of frustration that make me want to pull the plug and move on. We have had multiple issues with loading apps. The phone locked us out asking for a passcode design that we never set up. And I do want to be able to have control over who my son has in his contacts if a group of friends wants to have a group chat and just one of those are not in his contacts he is excluded from the chat by the pinwheel program.
