We've used Pinwheel for 4 years and we find it very useful to help keep our special needs teenager safe on her phone. It's wonderful that Pineheel offers the ability to increase or restrict parental control as your child grows and changes. I'd recommend it to all parents and those who care for special needs teens or adults.
