After extensive research, we selected a Pinwheel phone for our middle school son and couldn't be happier. Pinwheel offers everything we were hoping for -- zero internet and social media, complete parent control over apps and contacts, and the ability to monitor all of my child's text activity to ensure the interactions are appropriate. On top of all this, the customer service is outstanding! I have engaged in several chats with customer representatives, and they have all been incredibly helpful. I feel confident that they will solve any issue that arises.
