I ordered several funko pops rare MCR and they arrived in great condition and relately quickly considering covid and they are the other side of the world.
The Floating Vanya I ordered did have a slightly damaged box and they replied quickly and gave me a credit which I used.
I have been happy with them and I found their customer service very helpful.
