Very poor customer service! Purchased an In Stock item 2 weeks ago and not even an update with my inquiry. After 2 weeks they just responded due to large numbers of orders it would take 2 weeks before shipping?
I've read the terms & conditions - 2 weeks of preparation is not even stated.
