Used to be great. Probably the best. These last 2 or 3 months they have declined drastically. I have an order missing, tracking says still awaiting international flight since 31st October!! Yet, my other orders from the same Popcultcha are arriving slowly. No customer care contact, no help, they got thier money so they dont seem to care. Items missing and i highly doubt i will be contacted even after multiple emails and messages on thier facebook page. Ridiculous!
