Shipping service is so poor. I purchased my order on 19/10 and was only shipped it today 2/11. 15 days later.
They claim it's due to being busy but as a company you should cater for busy periods & surely you'd want to always be busy?
Anyway I won't be using the store again bc shipping time is beyond ridiculous.
