I’ve ordered two products, after almost a month without getting any updates on the shipping I contacted them via email, they answered that they don’t know what happen to my order, never supplied a tracking number and avoided my questions how come that a month has passed and they don’t even know when my shipment will ship. One of the worse customer services I had, very long waiting times and very unpleasant experience, don’t buy from them if you want your products to be shipped fast and with tracking number
