I ordered my items on 3 December they weren’t processed until the 15 December when they were collected for shipping. It’s now Christmas Eve and the items I order for Christmas gifts are still nowhere to be seen. The tracking status hasn’t moved since the 15 December so I have no idea where my items are. I attempted to call the delivery company with no answer. Terrible service all round really! I won’t purchase through them again that’s for sure!
